FAILED:
Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers - Missouri Blvd., Jefferson City, MO
ORDERED:
Spicy Chicken w/cheese combo, medium size, unsweet ice tea.
Grilled Chicken Club combo, medium size, unsweet ice tea.
RECEIVED:
Dry Spicy chicken sandwich, NO CHEESE (see previous rant), bacon(??) brown lettuce, mushy tomato & half gallon of mayo.
Old Grilled Chicken, no bacon or cheese (that’s the ‘club’ part) no honey mustard, same brown lettuce & mushy tomato.
Apparently they can do fries and tea just fine. Haven’t acquired enough EXP points to be sandwich makers yet.
RECEIPT:
Items entered correctly as ordered. Charged for that extra cheese.
INTERESTING SIDE NOTE:
Wendy’s corporate website has a link for Customer Feedback, which just so happens…not to work. How convenient. Dave drops dead and the company goes to shit.
…one more reason to stick with that healthy diet.
